This complex project approval process required a thorough understanding of the TRPA Code of Ordinances issues regarding; necessary findings to obtain approvals, coverage, transferred development rights, allocation programs and subdivision issues.
The 23 detached townhomes range from 2,677 – 3,081SF plus a two-car garage. The attached townhomes are 2,100 SF plus a two-car garage. The unique site layout affords golf course, mountain and stream views from a majority of the residences.
The Stream Environment Zone Restoration project involved over 1 acre of restoration to a portion of Third Creek and will have a significant positive impact on the amount of pollutants reaching Lake Tahoe from this watershed.
