Our firm prepared site analysis and conceptual site development planning services for a number of proposed sites within the Fire Department's eastern response zone. Careful consideration was given to the site planning to provide separate secure parking for the Fire Department personnel's private vehicles and eliminate conflicts of emergency and private vehicles. The site analysis was to determine the Local Public Health and Safety Facility's development potential according to the TRPA Code of Ordinance and Community Plans.
The architectural theme the City’s Redevelopment Agency adopted is "alpine rustic elegance". The selection committee indicated they intended to utilize Dale’s skills to build a consensus within the Fire Department and City on what the facility program should consist of.
