Smith Design Group was commissioned to provide Architectural Design and Contract Documents for this restaurant’s tenant improvements.  Of paramount importance was to abandon the existing undersized and outmoded kitchen in favor of a modern efficient commercial kitchen and bar while maximizing bar and dining area patron seating.  The existing restroom was remodeled to meet ADA Standards while allowing maximum efficient of the food prep area/wait station.  This design conformed to the District Health Department's Regulations of the Washoe County District Board of Health Governing Food Establishments.
