This project entailed the renovation of the existing servery into asian, soup/salad/sandwich, southwestern, pizza and juice bar food platforms. The main kitchen needed to remain functional during the renovation to provide catering services for the campus.
A sense of energy and movement was created with exhibition style food preparation, vibrant colors, and unique architectural treatment for each food platform. The food platforms and carefully sculpted soffits organically flow around the perimeter of the kitchen. New openings to the hallway increased visibility and access to the food platforms. |
