This Community Center was oriented to take advantage of dramatic views of the nearby mountains. This Community Center is the first phase of site development. Smith Design Group Master Planned the site for future phases to include bike paths, US Post Office and Library.
The programming and design for this community center was overseen by a Citizen's Group representing each community stakeholder. Programming workshops to identify function and activities to be accommodated, spatial relationships and adjacencies, equipment and furnishings, materials and finishes and other special construction features were facilitated by Smith Design Group.
